Up Date:: Im out of the Hospital they did the angioplastic on me and Im feeling some what better. Lots of people close too me says I need to change my way of living, No sweets and very limited Carbs, which I have now started. Havent had any kind of sweets since entering the Hospital and dont want any either. I dont know why I dont eat or drink healthy, But thats now changed. I used to stop three or four times a day and get those black cherry slushys, Not no more I will shed these pounds qwick. Last February I lost down to 230 pounds. The doctor wants to see me at 218 -220 and then Ill be able to get off a lot of my medications........ And Ill feel a lot better. They say my injection fraction is now at 16%. They tell me I still have 40% damage to my heart, well my answer to that is when GOD has a plan for me OR YOU! Its going to be time for me to go any way... So there you have it, things are going to change...
