Im getting old, I remember my grandfather doing this, so here you go Joe Carr(I will post his response) Mr. Carr, I am excited to see a potential replacement to Lamar as well as all incumbents. I like what you have to say but its not much different than Lamar. What issues matter to me are protecting our food supply from big business. What I mean is at least requiring Monsanto et al to label gmo foods. If they can patent a food then they should be proud of it and tell the world of their products and virtues of them. Most of the planet either ban them or require labeling, not the U$A. We should have freedom of choice in a free market not some money driven clandestine assault on the people of the U$A. I remember when food was food that God created and we did not have to concern ourselves with labels such as organic, non gmo, all natural(deceiving) and of course it is a big secret if it is gmo. Gmo = of man how has that ever faired better than of God. Another issue is choice in health care. As a chiropractor I like making healthcare(and have influence on patients) decisions myself. We should not be coerced by a govt. to submit our families to procedures that are in direct conflict with our beliefs, after all its the parents that have to live with their decisions not some greedy bureaucrat that takes no responsibility for their action$ but gladly takes special interest money.
