Up & awake since 4am with the sixth week of deadly annoying - TopicsExpress

Up & awake since 4am with the sixth week of deadly annoying Trigeminal neuralgia (face pain) but thank-God for high dosage painkillers. Yesterday was a nightmare as had dentist appointment & they could only look at one side of mouth; then I tripped/slipped & bruised myself crossing icy Abercorn Road & missed being rolled over by a car; turned up for an important appointment at 5:30pm other side of town (normal 10min walk took 30mins) & the person in question had gone feckin home & not notified anyone. Grr. Luckily the Security Man made me a wee coffee, bless him. Trepped off to Tescos but had left purse (and iphone) at home so hadda cheap-buy rather than comfort-food. No taxis on call. Splodged home. Horn beep offer of lift home with the guy who lives below me. Happy days! Ahh, short-lived. No bleeding keys. Must have lost them in the feckin snow or (what I really think) posted them accidentally with parcels at the Sorting Office. Grr x 100. But, my, how lovely the town looks this morn with the blue glow of snow. Not a foot or paw print visible yet. And I shall retrace my steps, very carefully & crunchilly, within the next hour & hope find keys & sanity. First a coffee, a cig & double-socked boot. Little Acorns Bookstore open as norm around 11am. Be careful out there folks & tread softly because you just might tread on my keys...
