Upcoming Events: #STLPRS Sunday, September 14; Darkside of the Paranormal Seminar The St. Louis Paranormal Research Society will be presenting its first; Dark side of the Paranormal Seminar. This is the first of its kind held in St. Louis. Join us at the haunted Casa Loma Ballroom on Cherokee Street as the St. Louis Paranormal Research Society hosts this exploration into the Dark and Forbidden side of the Paranormal. Presenting Lecturers are: ~Author and Paranormal Investigator, Steve LaChance; hear about the story of the Union, Missouri Screaming house, and the events that lead Steve to become one of the foremost Investigators of malevolent spirits in the St. Louis Area. ~Professor and Urban Explorer, Dr. Valeria Souza; hear her stories about exploring the abandoned buildings of St. Louis. Hear about how her explorations have allowed her to see places that are normally forbidden. ~Retired Professor and Author, Dr. Michael Henry; hear about the violent history that lead St. Charles in becoming one of the most haunted cities in the Midwest. After the Seminar, feel free to stay and perform your own investigation of the very haunted and historic Casa Loma Ballroom. Also for an additional fee, attend a Séance the St. Louis Paranormal Research Society will be presenting. The event will be held on Sunday, September 14, at 1pm. The walking tour will be approximately 2 hours and will meet at the Lemp Mansion. Come and walk with members of the STLPRS as they tell the amazing Para-History of Americas most haunted neighborhood. After the tour for an additional fee, we will present a Séance in one of Cherokees lost Speakeasies. Come see the speakeasy where William Lemp and the affluent members of the Cherokee District and St. Louis Society came to drink and have a good time.
