Upcoming Menu: Tonight: Chicken breast, brown rice, and steamed broccoli/cauliflower with parmesan Sunday: black beans and rice--cajun style with lots of hot sauce Monday: Turkey and white bean chili Tuesday (small group...dinner served there) Wednesday: Grilled porkchops with sauteed squash, zucchini and onions with a side salad Thursday: Sausage tortellini (no creamy sauces....its made with olive oil instead) Friday: date night (yay!!!! not quite sure where we are going yet) Planned for a week: Took about 5 minutes. Made a grocery list that goes along with what I need for dinners, for quick healthy lunches...helps to avoid buying senseless purchases or allowing your hunger or hormones direct you in the grocery store. Eating healthy doesnt have to be cookie cutter, boring, or tasteless. Have fun with it.
