Upcoming at The Flying Monkey Performance Center at 39 South Main Street in Plymouth, NH: The Nutopians, the award-winning 7-piece ensemble who exclusively celebrate the music and artistry of John Lennon’s Beatles and solo years will be performing, A John Lennon Experience - Beatles and Solo Years, on Friday, December 6th, at 7:30 PM (doors open at 6:00 PM) or (603) 536-2551. Tom Dean and Alana MacDonald, New Hampshire residents and members of the distinguished folk/rock band Devonsquare, perform with The Nutopians. Tom, after the passing of fellow founding member Herb Ludwig, teamed up with Rex Fowler (Aztec Two-Step) in a labor of love to celebrate the genius and artistry of John Lennon. In the spirit of giving back and to honor John’s legacy as an activist, The Nutopians are members of WhyHunger’s Artists Against Hunger & Poverty program, and donate a portion of their concert and CD proceeds to the organization.
