My brother Ryan and I will be cooking memories from our childhood. For those who dont know, my brother is also a chef which is largely my responsibility. Ryan and I spent our first few years as young cooks in kitchens together and eventually found our own voices in the kitchen. This will be the first time we have cooked together in almost 10 years! The menu will represent our fondest food memories from our childhood in the homes of our grandparents. Dinner will span 8 courses paired with French and Italian wines as an homage to our heritage.
