Update -- yesterday the urologist came in to confirm or deny the presence of an additional mass on Curts bladder, and discovered there IS one there, at the top. Dr. Mulligan will do a biopsy (not sure when) to determine exactly what it is... more on that as it happens. Today, as for the intestinal mass, Curt will have a Cat scan and will be given a little food to see how he tolerates it -- depending on the scan he may be coming home later in the day. Continue prayer, please, that surgery is not required as it would necessitate a colostomy and he is so not ready for that, no matter that it is a temporary measure.
