Update - Mark isnt doing great, just good. Due to his chain smoking, his lungs are very delicate. The Dr had to turn up the air on the vent to assist him in getting some of the fluid out of his lungs. This has caused a small hole on one lung which allowed some air to leak into his chest cavity. The Dr just put in a chest tube to evacuate that air, which will allow his lung to properly inflate. The vent will probably be removed later this evening once the lung issue is resolved. He is still sedated. When he is awake he is hurting and pissed so they are keeping him semi sedated.
