Update 11:30 am. Yesterday was a long day. Wally is hanging by a thread but everyday there is another thread added and eventually they will make a rope and we can pull him through this. He had a stint put in his sub-clavian...they are walking a tight rope between keeping his blood thin enough NOT to clot BUT not so thin as to cause further bleeding in his brain and create pressure...another CT showing his neck came back OK...He is taking a few breathes per minute on his own...they are strong and deep. Swelling is slowly going down in his face & chest...he is still predominantly non-responsive. There is no paralysis...no broken bones other than facial + one rib...there is some bruising to the left side of his brain. Joe flew in from Peru yesterday. Keep Praying! I am here during the day trying to keep everyone who loves him updated. If you have questions, let me know.
