Update 2 Release Notes 2K today announced new content for WWE® SuperCard, the larger-than-life, action-packed WWE collectible card game for mobile devices. With a significant update available now for download on iOS and Android devices, WWE SuperCard adds more than 60 new cards, 24 new in-ring animations and a new “Survivor” rarity level, boosting the game’s extensive array of collectible content to offer additional replay value. WWE SuperCard also increases card limits and improves reward drops, enabling fans to quickly climb the ranks as they take their ultimate WWE SuperCard roster to new heights. Key features in the latest WWE SuperCard update include: • New “Survivor” Rarity Level: More powerful than Legendary, this new card rarity is a permanent addition to the game and gives WWE SuperCard a total of eight card rarity levels; • 60+ New Cards: Featuring WWE Superstars John Cena, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and more, as well as new Manager Support cards and WWE® 2K15-themed cards, WWE SuperCard adds to its array of collectible content; • New Animations: Watch 24 new in-ring moves when cards compete against one another; • Rebalanced Rewards and Improved Drop Rates: Players now have an increased chance of receiving higher tier cards from the draft board when completing exhibition matches; • Higher Card Limits: The Energy card limit now increased to 10, while cards featuring WWE Superstars, Divas and Legends have increased to 110; • New Languages: WWE SuperCard now offers support in Russian and Portuguese; • Key Improvements: Players will notice an improved People’s Champion Challenge rewards screens, improved Card Catalog performance and minor bug fixes. Additional Notes: • A couple of major changes were done in King of the Ring rewards and the Exhibition Game Draft board. We found that the effort to win a KotR was not commensurate with the rewards vs. spending time playing Exhibition Games. To shift the balance of the rewards around, and to adequately reward players of Exhibition Games a few changes were made: 1. A new drop rate system has been implemented for the board. Previously, the board was completely random in determining whether a card would be above the Rare rarity. This resulted in some players having good luck and getting great cards in a small number of pulls. Players that had bad luck may have still not pulled a great card after thousands of games. This system has been replaced with a new semi-random system. Every reset card that is pulled still has a chance to be the top card in your tier. Additionally, after a certain amount of play at each tier you’re guaranteed a drop in your tier. Once you pull the top card from your tier the amount of play until you’re guaranteed a drop of that tier is reset. 2. The drop chance for all tiers of cards above Rare has been increased. This includes the chance to pull cards in a lower tier once you get in Ultra Rare and up. For example, if I am in the Super Rare tier my chance to get a Super Rare is greater than it was before the update. As I advance tiers and I get to the Ultra Rare tier, not only will I get Ultra Rare cards (see #1 above), but my chances of getting a Super Rare card also increases. 3. Since the Exhibition Game will provide more rewards than before, King of the Ring rewards will no longer include Pro cards. The net effect of these changes is that players will find it easier to get a better deck by playing Exhibition Games, KotR will still provide good rewards for the time invested, and players have multiple avenues for progression. • The new Survivor Rarity of cards are better than Legendary cards. Previous People’s Champion Challenge cards (and their Pro versions) are not of the Survivor Rarity and remain the top of the Legendary cards. However, Survivor cards will likely beat single Legendary PCC cards, and Pro Survivor cards will likely beat Pro Legendary PCC cards. Future PCC events will have PCC cards in the Survivor level rarity and will be the top cards of the new tier. Past PCC cards are Legendary rarity and will remain so.
