Update: Bretts home, he is sore but is doing much better. Thank you for your thoughts and Prayers. We had the most amazing team at Carolinas Health Care - Cleveland (CRMC) taking care of Brett. Our emergency room nurse/angel Larissa took Brett under her wing. Brett definitely has a new friend. She was so attentive to his every need. It brought comfort just knowing he was in the best of care! Chris Herring did the same he could tell Brett was anxious as he was taking care of him going into surgery. Brett was treated like such of a celebrity. All the nurses in the OR and 2nd floor/pedi let Brett know they had him on their prayer list. Anytime your child is hurting or sick it is heartbreaking and terrifyingly scary. They made us feel as if they where caring for their child or family member. Such love and warmth and at the same time extremely professional! We are so grateful! Thank you Brandon Rayle your so kind, thanks customer service at American Safety for the huge beautiful basket. It has all the things he loves. Thanks to Crestview Baptist Church, Lisa Pendleton. A big shout out to Danielle and Bretts Texas family ~ Larry Dean your help will never be forgotten. It has made a huge difference. So many people from January 2014 amazingly stepped up with many fundraisers. Mitchems Kitchen, FCBC, Brackett Ceader Park benefit, the lab at CRMC the BBQ in March/Christy Cochran & our amazing family & community, seen to it in a huge way that Danielle didnt have to leave Bretts side the entire year! There are no words but it is truly heartfelt and we will always remember. Please continue to Pray without Ceasing that we have no more setback! Love and Prayers to each and everyone that has helped!
