Update: Carter did well overnight. He has come down on the dose of pain meds that he gets steadily. However early this morning he was very uncomfortable so they have him an extra dose to help calm him down. Not sure if that means we will be going back up on it or not though. They are also going to take out the line that is in his neck because it is still testing positive for the yeast but his other main line is not resting positive. So the doctors think that the yeast may only be on that one line. This means they will have to come look for another place to put a PICC line. So.not really a set back but also not a step forward right now. Just sort of a lateral move. Its better than going backwards though!!
