Update: Dear Wubble.... Thank you Scott for your excellent customer service and understanding. Wubble is replacing the defective pump and the Balls at no charge!! Original Message: Wubble Ball, Very unhappy!! Got two Wubble Balls for my daughter for Christmas. Yesterday we opened them and the included pump didnt work. We tried several sets of new batteries none of which worked except for a brief period then started having some smoke! I went out and got a different battery powered pump and got them to blow up. They were excited to play with the balls. We where very careful about using the ball only in the grass. Despite our careful play we woke up this morning to one flat bubble and one mostly flat Wubble the completely flat one when blown up was noted to have a small hole. I realize that you have a replacement policy but find that three failures including one pump and two Wubble balls is unacceptable. $30 down the drain and several very unhappy daughters!!
