The cause is a Electric Actuator; this part has to be ordered and installed by a licensed electrician. -This is easier said than done- All the proper channels have to be followed and completed to avoid any possible issues. No tentative date was released as to when this issue would be rectified. My company will NOT be completing this scope of work....FYI Thank you and Im sure the Chapter House is sorry for the inconvenience....Have a nice day.
