Update: FREE AT LAST FREE AT LAST, THANK GOD ALMIGHTY IM FREE AT LAST…I just walked into Au Lacs and ordered Humanese Soup…there are a few places on the Planet where the energy feels so perfect to me that I simply KNOW I belong there, that I simply AM in the moment perfect in my spirit, an example such as here at a restaurant, a couple of other examples are when Im at Grace Gardens Thomas C. Chavez & Gabrielle Chavez, or at Matt Monarch & Angela Stokes-Monarch in Ecuador. I have chronic sleep challenges and when ever I seep at there place, I sleep incredibly soundly for hours and always wake up feeling well rested… Tomorrow Im going to share a story about when I was coaching someone here at Au Lac Fountain Valley involving Chef Ito & I...what happened is really quite amazing.
