Update Finnmarksløpet: Things have changed since last update. Update 500km: Its to bad that Vidar Løkeng had to cut from the race at Levajok! I dont know why, it could be a lot of reasons! Anyway. Ronny Wingren from Finland is in the lead for the moment. He has won 500km once before and is currently on his way to Skoganvarre with 8 dogs running. He left Levajok just 15 minutes before the second one Bente Levorsen who has 7 dogs running! Update 1000km: A lot of the mushers are resting in Tana right now. Who will be the first out running I dont know, but Ronny Frydenlund was the first musher who got to Tana just 7 minutes before Sigrid Ekran, who Im cheering for 😊 got there! But she used about 50 minutes shorter on the distance they were sledding. Both Ronny and Sigrid have 13 Dogs running! And for those who are cheering on Lars Monsen he came in to Tana on a 20th place about 2 hours and 14 minutes behind the leader! He has 14 dogs running but used about 10 more minutes then the leader in the race did on the same distance!
