Update 👍 First the boys had scrambled eggs and bacon. Then Melanie and Eric came by, Melanie was great company! Very happy to meet her! Eric, having never climbed a ladder before, faced his fear of heights and climbed to the roof. It was an inspiring sight! Eric worked hard pulling up remaining nails. So fantastic! We then got the call from Keith who volunteered his fantastic skills!! Our roof is 1\3 done!! Marks mom ( Cindy K Pillow) and dad dropped by bringing doggie treats, some spices and..... they gave me a camera. An honest to God camera...10mp Olympus fe/25, does aperture, shutter speeds, exposure! All the manual controls that I am attempting to master. When I saw it....I started to break down. I couldnt stop the tears. Of all things....the luxury I never thought Id have...a camera.... On top of everything, all the blessings, the overwhelming love...the giving, the receiving...the freakish coincidences...the touch of God/the universe...the luck, the gratefulness...on top of that.... the thing I needso badly for my sanity...the ability to capture....everything. We held each other and cried for a long long time. What a day.
