Update From my Uncle The most powerful typhoon in recorded history has devastated Bohol, Cebu and Leyte, Cebu is next door, we can see her shores from Dumaguete City. We believe the storm except for wind and rain has passed us by. We are safe. The people of Cebu and Bohol were hard hit last week with earth quakes, two days later, a tornado, unheard of here, and now the same areas now hit with the strongest typhoon in recorded history. Pray for these people. Some were under light weight plastic the same blue we have in USA.
