Update: He is out of surgery and I was able to go back. In extreme pain so they had to sedate him when they lifted the hospital bed. They were able to do the rods in the front but not the back bc of the previous surgery and an infection in that area. They are hoping that the bones will be strong enough without the rod in the back. On a positive note he did not lose as much blood as they assumed he would so he did not need a transfusion. We are still believing in the healing power of God. Without Him, We definitely wouldnt have Gary here now. Thanking everyone for the prayers. We will periodically keep posting updates.
