Update: I weighed myself Labor Day weekend and I had gained 3 pounds. I want to say, Im not sure what I did wrong?? but I know what I did wrong. I was turning my free day into a free day or two. Those extra free day calories add up. It is WAY easier to gain 3 pounds than it is to lose them. So...all that to say, I started the No Excuse Mom 12 Week Transformation Challenge and have been going strong! I am no longer giving myself a whole free day only a free meal every now and then. I am excited to see what happens in 12 weeks with my weight and measurements. I will definitely keep updating my progress! Thank you all for the wonderful support and encouragement! I seriously couldnt do it without you!
