Update Ipswich Car 24 - the team had the car ready in time for todays race, but unfortunately we think the engine suffered damage from the two belts braking yesterday. So we could not get the car through qualifying. On a positive note the team improved the cars overall performance and we look forward to preparing the car for the next test day. Car 13 - Qualifying went extremely well, the car was performing much better than expected. We finished at P12 for the race, but this would have improved if we had enough fuel to finished the last lap. Unfortunately we were hit from behind on the LR panel (nice big dint) during the race which swung the car around just in time for all the cars to make a mess of the front. There is only minor damage to the front, but there is a lot of it. So the car will be fixed quickly in Melbourne ready for its next race. We have had a challenging weekend so far with a lot of ups and downs, but at all times we have all worked well as a team, learnt a lot and continue to smile. We all look forward to the next race so stay tuned.
