Update: Kasont appointment today went well. His scan showed a decrease in the size of the ventricles, which means the shunt is working. Everything else looks good. He got his stitches taken out from the first surgery and the EVD sites. It was kind of weird walking back in those doors and seeing all the same sights from just a week ago. The tan and yellow, speckled, tiled floor is something I dont think Ill ever forget. As we got back in the car to leave Brandon said... honey, we get to go home the same day we came this time :) Dr. Lew wants to see him in 3 months from now. We are also getting referred to a neurologist in Green Bay because Kasons one from Childrens is leaving and we might as well be closer to home. Hopefully we will be able to possibly not have him on two seizures meds or maybe none at all. Thank you so much for the continued prayers for our Kason!
