Update: Phyllis is home, doing well. After nearly 3 hrs. at the oncologist this afternoon, surgery set for Tues. July 8. The oncologist is pretty optimistic that (baring what they might find in the sentinel nodes and lymph cells) the robotic assisted surgery that she will have may take care of the problem without chemo, but the final word on that is pending what they find. Thank you, Lord for that good news, and continuing to pray for a good outcome. Phyllis taking it easy, and getting off the Coumadin later in the week,(a necessity before the surgery to prevent serious bleeding). With Gods help and all goes well, a couple of days(max) post op and then home. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter.
