Update: So, After several days of severe tooth/jaw pain & sleepless nights I walked into a dentist office this morning to see what they could do. After X-rays it was discovered that I have an abscessed tooth with a large crack in it. My options are to get a root canal, post and crown or remove the tooth. One option is $2200, the other option is about $190. Whatever I decide, I am now on antibiotics and painkillers with a follow up next Friday where I will have to make up mind what I will do. I appreciate those that offered prayers/good thoughts & vibes, thank you.
