Update: So I opened my season here in the Cayman Islands two days ago, now usually I dont reveal my time on my social networks if I am not pleased with it. but I ran a 56.09 (nowhere near my best time) running that time ranked me number 8 in the world. Im proud. Im even more proud because I did that not being at 100 percent. for nearly a month now Ive been dealing with a hamstring issue, Ive missed many track workouts and had to stay dedicated and focused at the gym, substituting a real track workouts for the oliptical SMh, when I ran that race I had no hamstring pain... I cant wait to get back to my old self and go even further than my PB .. God is so Good
