Update: The news received from my Dads doctor late yesterday afternoon was much worse than we imagined but, in difficult times, I have always noticed that angels will appear and direct your path if you pay attention. In this case, my angel is a Facebook friend who lives in Tennessee and she called me yesterday with an alternative treatment plan that the entire family is on board with and excited to begin. Everyone in my family has had life experiences where they have overcome great odds and no one in my family hopes for a miracle; we expect miracles! I will continue to keep you updated and am so appreciative for the outpouring of prayers, love, and support. God bless you all!
