Update: They are not doing a heart cath for Claire. They feel the risks, at this point, outweigh the benefits. When we arrived to the hospital this morning, she was pretty happy and content. However, she was having extremely low blood pressures and her heart rate was elevated a good bit. They took off any meds that could drop her blood pressure and gave her a med called albumin. Since then, her BPs have mostly come up to an acceptable range. Her heart rate is slowly coming down as well. They are also testing her for a urinary tract infection since she is not urinating as much as she should given the amount of diuretics she is on. And, she is also on a high flow nasal canula to support her more respiratory wise. Otherwise, she looks comfortable despite being off her sedation meds.
