Update: Thomas has been doing really good today. He is starting to swell but it is not as bad as I imagined. Swelling should reach it peak by tomorrow afternoon. He is sleeping a lot due to pain meds. I am happy he is able to get some rest and heal. He had his catheter removed today and is scheduled to have a CT Scan tomorrow as well as have his Jpg tube (suctions excess blood pooling between the skull and scalp near the incision) will be removed if all is well with the scan.
