Update Tuesday 10/14: ok prayer warriors a lot to say tonight... Jacobs drs and therapy coordinators have discussed a potential discharge home for next week at some point. We are praying for next Friday and hopefully not any sooner. While we are so thankful for how far Jacob has come he still has a lot of recovery and rehab to do. The therapy team feels he will adjust well to being at home and doing outpatient therapy throughout the week. This will be a huge transition for Jacob and his family and tonight we just ask for prayers that these decisions be made with Jacobs best interest for recovery and not based on rehab qualifications and insurance coverage. Praying for his strength and right side to make even more improvement especially since there is potential home talk. He continues to do new things and improve each day. Big changes coming, big prayers and decisions to consider... We know our God is bigger and may he have these next 10 days in his hands and all decisions made be a part of his bigger plan.
