Update: Yesterday, when Moms in-home Hospice nurse arrived she pretty much took one look at her (and at us) and within an hour had made the appropriate calls to place her in a 5 day respite stay in the Hospice Care Center in Brunswick County (no available beds in Wilmington). She will be accessed by the doctors and if there is a determination that her current condition is acute then her stay will be extended. Barbara and I want to thank everyone for their kindness and for your very attentive and caring prayers. We see proof that this is The Lord acting in response to the calling out of His people. He is ever-faithful! We may find no greater comfort or peace than that which He provides.
