Please. if anyone knows something, call crime stoppers, the Police or SPCA Cruelty, we want this guy brought to justice: Police are assisting the SPCA with the investigation into the abandonment of six puppies. Together, we are following up on information to determine who is responsible, but have so far been unable to confirm anything. Please contact the SPCA, the police or CrimeStoppers with any information about this incident or the person(s) responsible.
