Update day 3rd day after surgery: I just got up went to the bathroom brushed my teeth and hair and back in bed again. Feeling a lot better except for the back pain from the surgery, of course. Waiting now for my 2nd visit with the physical therapist and some stairs practice. between the people coming in to clean the room, therapy, nurses, and bathroom breaks, I havent even gotten a nap in today. I still have the iv in and the oxygen tube on my finger so its hard to type. Im pecking. Im thinking I will probably go home tomorrow but havent verified that with the doc yet. Maybe I can get some rest and sleep then and back to my satellite tv again. Will never go back to cable again. I certainly would not want to have this surgery again but now that Im feeling better, its worth it. I told the physical therapist, its the best Ive walked in 3 months. Well thats about all today. The kids are coming to visit me tonight. Looking forward to that. Will post again tomorrow. Please keep me in your prayers and I love reading your comments :-0
