Update day 9 well today has been super busy. Jesse Dale Riley was having difficulty swallowing since the breathing tube was down his throat so long so he still hasnt eaten but hes getting fed through a tube. His O2 levels dropped so he now has what they call a trumpet in his sinuses to help him cough so that any excess mucus will be easily coughed up and wont cause any future infections . These are not setbacks but not move fords either. He was moved to shepards center today where we have met some great doctors nurses staff I feel very safe with him being there .I already walked around a little and WOW there athletic facility is bigger than Ive ever seen. He will have a small physical therapy lesson tomorrow , rest Sunday and Monday -Friday have 3-4 hours more intense physical therapy every day. Hes not happy having to be there he keeps saying he wants to go home but does seem to understand that he has to be there and why.That right there is what the doctors and nurses say is gonna get him through it. Update more tomorrow !!
