Update for HTC One (M7) customers: We now have the full software fix for HTC One M7 users recently experiencing audio issues when making calls. For customers who have been experiencing these issues, please take the following steps to update your device: Back up your phone, then go to the Menu and select Settings > About > Software Updates > Update. The update is at least 178MB in size, so we recommend downloading it when connected to Wi-Fi.The software version numbers are 6.11.841.9 (for Telstra) or 6.11.980.12 for other Australian carriers. You may need to perform multiple updates if you haven’t updated your phone recently.
