Update: my step-dad took a turn for the worse @ 3am. They have him now sedated and on an oxygen mask thats a step down from a ventilator. They do know he has COPD, but can not figure out where the fluid in his stomach is coming from that they are draining out. Heart rate is still the same in the 30s, but all his heart tests have came out ok. They want to do some kind of exploratory surgery, but he wont make it through it in the condition he is in. They are also unable to move him to another hospital at this time. Please, please continue to pray for him and our family.
