Update on Abby Morguelan. I have some very exciting news to share!!! Abby had her first follow up appointment at Cardinal Hill today. The emerging test that they had previously given her before she had scored an 9. Today Abby scored a 21 and is now officially considered EMERGED from a minimal conscious state. And she is at a Rancho Level (Cognitive Functioning scale) 5, which 8 is the highest level. The plans are that in a couple of weeks she will be re-admitted to Cardinal Hill for more aggressive therapy now that she has emerged, if approved by insurance. Abby really put in a show for them today and I stood there so proud I could have almost burst. PS: her hair is growing and looks adorable GO ABBY GO !!!!!!
