Update on Black Betty 14 days behind schedule Engine returns to be installed, first problem engine idle control sensor throwing code, add two days for parts, then test drive, steering fluid leaks out and found new seals needed, add two days for rebuild, courier service delivers wrong steering rack, add one more day for screwup resolved, car was supposed to be ready yesterday, NOT, now hoping to get the car back on Friday, not holding breath, truly expecting at this point something else to go wrong. This by far has been the most expensive, frustrating, nauseating event I can ever remember dealing with a car. I thought this car was supposed to be reliable, FML! Vendor says all additional expenses for idle control and steering seal rebuild Not my fault just coincidence. Did I already say FML? Been in shop since May 20th.
