Update on Bullet: had his vet check. X-rays show pretty normal heart but some fluid/congestion in his lungs, a lot of bronchial irritation and calcification of bronchial airway. His soft palate is horrible and he is so thin from a.) bad home b.) straining so hard to get air. Put on his back he cant breathe and he should not be over exerted. This palate obstruction is the cause of ALOT of his problems. He has an infected tooth and will need dental work. On a positive note its nothing that cant be fixed and Im super happy with the visit. He is starting antibiotics today and a nebulizer was recommended til surgery can be done. Also he is heart worm negative!!! Stephanie Abbott was also present and will take Bullet for a few days to see if he can hang with her crew. We did not exhaust all of his funds but he is really gonna take some work. Palate surgery is $800-1100. Thank u to everyone for the prayers, donations and visits! We are taking it one day at a time with his fostering and re-homing. He is the sweetest he can be and deserves to be able to play and feel better first and foremost. Thanks again...he could not of gotten the care he needed without each and every one of you!! Im truly amazed with our group ❤️❤️❤️
