Update on Charlotte Dr. Brasher is treating her today... from first look, she thinks she is about 8-10 years old. She has a lump near her tail, not a tumor but bone that appears to be an old injury that didnt heal correctly. She will xray in a couple of days.. we want her to get some weight on her and feel more comfortable before she does that. She is running a full blood panel today... she may have a thyroid issue but wont know until results of blood work... also she either has mange or demonex but dont know that yet either. She is heart worm negative, yay! She has been given flea treatment so no bath yet. When I went to see her today she was much happier and not so scared anymore, she even wagged her cute little hairless tail :-) She does know basic commands such as sit and shake We could use help with her boarding and vet treatment. If you have a dollar or two to spare, you can call 662-1700 and tell them you want to help toward Charlottes bill. No amount is too small.
