Update on Chris Cox Memorial Game this Saturday 17th May This Saturday CRFC along with the 29th Regt RLC are hosting a memorial match to mark 10 years since the loss of former 1st XV skipper Chris Cox. There will be a VIP buffet lunch at 1pm at Cirencester RFC with invited guests and family in the Presidents Room. This will be followed at 2.30pm by a match between Cirencester Vets and the RLC Millennium Tour XV. Post-match there will be a Pig Roast. There will be live music in the evening, TBC. Collection buckets in place for Leukemia Research, ABF: The Soldiers charity and Royal Marsden hospital. So far the team is: SCB, Mark Vaughan, John Newman, Chris Thorn, Dave Cater, Mick Waddell, Rich Williams, Tyrone Stubley, Dave Doyle, Paul Weavin, Andy Ramsey, Steve Thompstone, Giles Brockbank, Bryan Goldstone, Matt Webb, Tim Thompson, John Milford, Gary Hammond, Olie Stewart, Rob Lister, Nick Flexen-Cook, Alex Brookes, Ian Doc Binnion, Gary Tarleton, Paul Mason, Richard Evans, Alex Buchalik, James Basford, Adam Seager (possibility), Dave Reeves, Neil Owen Any other vets who would like to play please contact Paul Weavin or Simon Collyer-Bristow.
