Update on Claude Bullard. Last weeks thoracic surgeon said if he can pass all pulmonary test and the biopsy of lymphnods is negative as they think.... then he can surgically remove the tumor a couple of different ways. However it may result in oxygen forever. Today the oncology radiation doc said that we have 1 option if the biopsy of lymphnods is positive thats 6-8 weeks of everyday radiation with chemotherapy combined No surgery. If negative we have 2 choices, 1 surgery (scary because lung history) or 2 a super sonic so to say radiation treatment only, without chemotherapy. This would be a total of 2 weeks under her care 1 scan to start then 1 treatment every other day for a total of onlt 3 treatments, then 1 scan at the end. But thats just the lungs. The colon is a different thing we go Tuesday for biopsy on lymphnods and Friday biopsy on colon. The board meeting will be the first week of October to set plan in motion! They say that having both cancers at once is kinda rare. The objective is to first get the worse or the aggressor of the two.
