Update on Dad. He had a stroke yesterday. He is in Red Deer. So far tests havent found a blockage or hemmorage. An MRI was done this afternoon. We are waiting for results. So far they are trying to stabilize his blood pressure then he will be transferred into the Rehabilitation ward. They figure he will be good enough to go home within a couple of weeks. He needs to regain usage of his left side but he did walk on his own today. He passed the swallow test so he is allowed to eat again. Memory, mind etc are all normal. His stubbornness, determination and his sense of humour will get him through this challenging time. Thanks for all the support from family and friends!
