Update on Kenzie. Please pray for a healing in her body. Warning, sorry this is very long :-/. Kenzie has a chest cold also, along with other stuff thats goin on with her. We got to the ER tonight & went into a back room in the ER at about 10:15pm. We were admitted into hospital at 2:25am. She started getting sick last night, NOT throwing up formula, but a lot of saliva with the Brown Stuff. She had a Real Rough time last night trying to fall asleep. Shes not one of those babies/kids that fight sleep. I mean when Kenzie is tired, she falls asleep...she doesnt try to stay awake. Last night she was falling asleep while in her chair in livingroom, so I put her in her crib. After a lil while of bein in her crib, she started to get sick and brown stuff started coming out of her mouth with her saliva. Not formula, but saliva along with brown stuff. So I changed her pajamas. She was real irritable, so I put her in her swing to see if that helps her to fall asleep. After a lil bit of her bein in her swing, she finally fell asleep. She kept waking up here n there though too. She didnt sleep good at all. Whenever I held her, she would almost start to fall asleep. So anyway... This morning we all woke up and she had brown stuff all over her bib, pajamas, and blanket. She had a Real Rough morning this morning and was getting sick with A Lot of her saliva with a lot of brown stuff. So basically we got her in to see Dr. Hildebrand and turned out also she has an ear infection in both ears :-(. For a while since December, she has been putting her hands together and then hitting her mouth with them a lot. I was always wondering why she would do that, but sometimes wondered also if something was bothering her too bc that was something new she started doin. I told Dr.Hildebrand about that today and she said it was part of her personality showin something is bothering her too basically especially since she has a double ear infection. We forgot to talk with her about the brown stuff though, bc we got distracted when we talked about Kenzie having an ear infection. Since Kenzie cant talk, her way of TRYING to tell us something, especially if something is bothering her, is when she basically hits herself. She now has a bad rash all over her chin and neck from her drooling A Lot. Plus we ended up in the ER tonight bc Kenzie kept getting sick with the brown stuff again. Longer story short, found out tonight she has an ulcer in her tummy and her G Tube had a lil blood in it and thats where the brown stuff was coming from...the blood :-/. Im wonderin if when she first started getting sick back in October last year, if she might have had an ulcer since then, but they didnt see it until now :-/. Because they could not figure out why she was not keeping any of her food down, so we ended up goin the G J Tube route and are still with that since then. My mom thinks Kenzie probably has had an ulcer since then but they didnt see it until now. Sorry this is so long. Thats it for now. Love you all and God Bless!!!
