Update on Mama Holly and her babies! Holly was seen by the vet yesterday and we are shocked but she is HW NEGATIVE!!! YAY!!! She is very underweight at just 51 pounds and was not healthy enough for her shots yet. She has a couple of minor injuries that are being treated that we think are possibly from scraps with other dogs for food or from protecting her babies. The vet estimates the babies to be around 3 weeks old and was very surprised at their great condition with how emaciated Holly is. She is such a great mama and is doing very well in her wonderful foster home! We are so grateful to the Harris family for stepping up to help us save this familys life! Fosters truly do save lives!
