Update on Mandy. Just picked her up from the vet and it is not real good news. They did a needle aspiration of the growth but suspect it is cancer and has started to spread to her stomach. Her heart is enlarged. She is anemic - probably from the tumor). She has major infection in her mouth from rotting teeth but will probably not be able to do a cleaning. Starting on antibiotics, iron supplement, heart meds and diuretic. They estimate her to be at least 14. Will have better info when the biopsy comes back in a few days but in the meantime, she will be safe, warm and loved. Please keep her in your prayers.
