Update on Metro outpatient rehab. Brandon walked 66 ft. today. He refuses to wear his gait belt ( belt worn to prevent falls ) while doing transfers. :o he is gaining strength more and more. He can hold a long conversation with people, Some words still get stuck while trying to talk, but then he will remember them. He is wanting to go to college NOW, but i need to remind him it will always be there waiting for him, a little inpatient, but VERY understandable. He loves talking to the girls up there! They are helping him out tremendously. 8 more weeks to go and we will see where we go from there!
