Update on Mom - she had another good night. Her heart rate and blood pressure are good. She still has a little temp. They have given her some medicine to help with the swelling in her arms and legs. She is still on the ventilator; however, she is breathing more on her own now. They still have her more sedated. They tried to cut back on the sedation but she becomes agitated with the tubes and uncomfortable. The nurse put pressure on her pinky finger and that made her raise her arm (it worked on both arms). She has also been moving her legs a little bit. She still looks peaceful and comfortable. Much better than what we have seen. The Dr has ordered the EEG to determine if there is brain activity. That is to take place sometime tomorrow. Send up your prayers!
