Update on Neurologist appointment yesterday for Brayden Lake - repeated x-rays and the good news is no bones have shifted so looks like no visible ligament damage! No MRI ordered at this time. The bone fragment is new not old like the ER thought. But they are not concerned with it - fragment came off the bony part that sticks out of each cervical bone. But this is what is causing the most pain. NO MORE Cervical Collar so YEAH!! But no full contact sports until he has zero pain so Fridays playoff game is out as far as how much Brayden wants to play. Being the state playoffs and a Senior, of course he wants to play every snap he can, but instead we have decided to let him practice kicking this week to see how it goes, just PATs and Field Goals. If all goes well and he can handle that, he will be playing kicker only in the Cozad game. PATs and Field goals only.
