Update on Rebecca Toney Caldwell she was crowned Miss Laurel County in 2001. Since then, she has received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Summa Cum Laude, her Master of Arts in Human Services, and is finishing her Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in School Counseling. Rebecca currently works in the Laurel County School System as a Family Educator in the Youth Services Center. She has been married for nine years to her husband, Zack Caldwell, whom she met while attending college at Eastern Kentucky University. Zack and Rebecca have three children- Two sons, Noah and Caleb, both adopted from Ethiopia, and a daughter, Emmie Grace, adopted from China. In her free time Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, being involved in various ministries with her church, and leading seminars for families interested in adoption.
